Blackberry Jalapeño Whipped Feta Toast

🛒 What you'll need (makes 4 servings):

  • 1 cup crumbled feta
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Janet’s Finest Blackberry Jalapeño Compote
  • Thick-cut sourdough or multigrain bread
  • Optional toppings: chili flakes, fresh thyme, honey drizzle

🍳 Instructions:

Start by making the whipped feta. In a blender or food processor, combine crumbled feta, Greek yogurt (or cream cheese), and olive oil. Blend until silky smooth and spreadable.

Toast your bread slices to a golden crisp. Once toasted, spread a generous layer of whipped feta on each slice. Spoon Janet’s Finest Blackberry Jalapeño Compote on top, gently swirling it into the feta with the back of the spoon to create a beautiful marbled effect.

Top it off with a sprinkle of chili flakes for heat, some fresh thyme for earthiness, or a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
