Raspberry Jalapeño Croissant Bake
🛒 What you'll need (makes 4 servings):

4 large croissants, torn into chunks

4 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp sugar

Janet’s Finest Raspberry Jalapeño Compote

Powdered sugar (for topping)
🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and sugar
In a baking dish, layer croissant pieces
Pour custard mixture over the croissants, dot spoonfuls of compote all over the top
Bake for 30–35 mins until golden and puffy, dust with powdered sugar
