  • 2 oz mezcal (or tequila)
  • 1 tbsp Janet’s Finest Jalapeño Pepper Compote
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • Ginger beer
  • Cucumber slice + jalapeño wheel, for garnish

🍳 Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, lime juice, and Janet’s Jalapeño Pepper Compote with ice.
