🛒 What you'll need (makes 1 serving):
- 2 oz mezcal (or tequila)
- 1 tbsp Janet’s Finest Jalapeño Pepper Compote
- ½ oz lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Cucumber slice + jalapeño wheel, for garnish
🍳 Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, lime juice, and Janet’s Jalapeño Pepper Compote with ice.
Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a copper mule mug filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a cucumber slice and a jalapeño wheel for a vibrant finish.
