Raspberry Jalapeño French 75

Bright, bubbly, classy with a spicy zing

🛒 What you'll need (makes 1 serving):

  • 1 oz gin
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Janet’s Raspberry Jalapeño Compote
  • Prosecco or Champagne
  • Fresh raspberry or jalapeño slice (garnish)

To make this classy and spicy twist on a French 75, shake 1 oz of gin, ½ oz of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of Janet’s Raspberry Jalapeño Compote with ice until chilled.

Strain into a champagne flute and top with chilled Prosecco or Champagne. Garnish with a fresh raspberry or jalapeño slice. 

This bubbly cocktail is perfect for brunch or any celebration where you want a little sweet heat.
