- 1 oz gin
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Janet’s Raspberry Jalapeño Compote
- Prosecco or Champagne
- Fresh raspberry or jalapeño slice (garnish)
To make this classy and spicy twist on a French 75, shake 1 oz of gin, ½ oz of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of Janet’s Raspberry Jalapeño Compote with ice until chilled.
Strain into a champagne flute and top with chilled Prosecco or Champagne. Garnish with a fresh raspberry or jalapeño slice.
