• 1 egg
• 1 slice cheddar or pepper jack cheese

• 1 sausage patty or slice of bacon (optional)
• Butter or oil for cooking

🍳 Instructions:

Start by toasting your English muffin until golden brown and lightly crisped. While it toasts, cook your egg sunny-side up or over medium—whichever you prefer. In the final 30 seconds of cooking, add your slice of cheese on top of the egg and let it melt into gooey perfection.

Spread a generous layer of Peach Berry Jalapeño Compote on the bottom half of your toasted muffin. If you're adding sausage or bacon, layer it on next. Gently place your cheesy egg on top, then cap it off with the other muffin half.
