Savory Glazed Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 to 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oilSalt & black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup Janet’s Finest Blueberry or Raspberry JalapeƱo Compote
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp Dijon mustardFresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)

šŸ³ Instructions:

  • Preheat & Prep:Ā Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat pork tenderloin dry, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Sear the Tenderloin:Ā Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on all sides until browned (about 2–3 minutes per side).
  • Make the Glaze:Ā In a small bowl, stir together:
    • 1/3 cup Janet’s Finest Compote
    • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Glaze & Roast:Ā Brush half the glaze over the seared pork. Transfer skillet to the oven and roast for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C). Baste once with the remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
  • Rest & Slice:Ā Let pork rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with any pan juices or extra compote and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
