
Savory Glazed Pork Tenderloin

š What you'll need (Serves 4):
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 to 1.5 lbs)
- 1 tbsp olive oilSalt & black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup Janetās Finest Blueberry or Raspberry JalapeƱo Compote
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp Dijon mustardFresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)
š³ Instructions:
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat pork tenderloin dry, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Sear the Tenderloin:Ā Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on all sides until browned (about 2ā3 minutes per side).
- Make the Glaze:Ā In a small bowl, stir together:
- 1/3 cup Janetās Finest Compote
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Glaze & Roast:Ā Brush half the glaze over the seared pork. Transfer skillet to the oven and roast for 15ā20 minutes, or until the internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C). Baste once with the remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
- Rest & Slice:Ā Let pork rest for 5ā10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with any pan juices or extra compote and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

- Serve with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, or herbed rice.
- Add extra compote on the side for dippingāyour guests will ask for it.
